Franklin Floats and Campground is located at the East Fork
Black River Bridge on Highway 21 at Lesterville. Established
in 1976,
it
is owned and operated by Bob Franklin and family
and remains a small family owned business. We provide
personalized service. Services include canoe and kayak rentals,
cabin rental, campground with picnic tables fire rings and
trash barrels. There is a shower house with hot showers and
flush toilets. We have firewood available. A small store is
located at the campground and sells river supplies, snacks
and beverages. We also have Franklin Floats T-shirts and Black
River maps. We can shuttle private canoes, kayaks or vehicles.
We provide shuttles for hikers on
the Ozark Trail
and year round service by appointment in the off-season.
Group rates are available as well as private group
