Visit the Franklin Cabin for a relaxing
time on the beautiful,
clear
Black River. This riverfront cabin, surrounded by a wooded
area, is a nice place to have a private party. It is available
for large groups as well as small parties. This cabin sleeps
4 people and is located on 5 acres available to members of
the party to pitch tents, still being provided with the indoor
facilities. Provided in the cabin are one double bed and a
double hide-a-bed. There is a small, simple living room with
plenty of room to relax after a long day on the river. Also
provided is a fully-equipped kitchen, including pots, pans,
silverware, and dishes. A stove, microwave, refrigerator,
coffee pot and toaster are provided. There is a full bathroom.
This rustic cabin does not have television or a phone making
this the ideal getaway. The sleeping quarters have ceiling
fans. On the front of this quaint little cabin is a deck overlooking
the gorgeous Black River. The deck provides a picnic table
and a bbq pit. Sitting on the deck you can watch the river
go by, or you can walk down on the riverfront where there
is room to set up tents and have a campfire while enjoying
the serenity of the river flowing downstream. This is a peaceful,
private getaway that sits right on the river. If you are not
in the river, you are looking at it!
